Original Designs
When you have a problem, but aren't sure how to solve it. We are happy to design just about anything, personalize it, and make it just the way you need it made.
Custom Parts
Need a one-off product, a prototype, maybe a part that no one else in town seems to make: we can fix that.
CAD Design
Measure twice, cut once. We use CAD to help make sure your part is right the first time.
Work with Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals
Test our mettle with metal. We can source any material, but carry steel and aluminum on hand for quick turn-around time.
CNC Cutting
CNC Fiber Plate Laser that allows us to cut sheet metal with incredible precision any design we feed it.
- 5’ x 10’ maximum sheet size
- Thickness from 28 GA up to 3/4" thick steel
CNC Tube Laser that allows us to cut tubing with incredible precision.
- 24' compacity
- 9" in diameter square or round tube
Welding
Our in-house welders are equipped to handle whatever welding your part requires in materials including steel, stainless, and aluminum.
Up to 1/4”
- GMAW (MIG) - GTAW (TIG) - SMAW (Stick) - FCAW (Flux)
Bending
Our 220 Ton 10’ eight-axis CNC Press Brake allows us to form bends with extreme precision across batches of parts.
We have a number of punch and die combinations to create hinges, beads, and angles.
- Bend 3/16” mild steel and thinner up to 8’ wide
- Bend 3/4” mild steel widths up to 3’
Forming
We are capable of forging and forming small metal parts.
Rolling
- Ring and arch rolling 3/8” x 2’ - 1/4” x 3’ - 1/2” x 1’
- 1/2” Bar stock - 1” Square tube - 1/4” - 5/8” Round bar
Drilling
Holy Metal, Batman! We are able to drill any size in up to 3/4" mild steel.

"Prison" Game Doors
A manufacturer of "timed puzzle rooms" reached out to us to create a series of "prison cell doors" to be used in one of their themed escape games. We were excited to work on something a little inside the box to help the end user think outside of it!
